Chesapeake Tuna Steak
Blackened Tuna (served rare) topped with sautéed crab meat, served with mango salsa and Asian slaw
While I enjoy many of the items on the dinner menu, the rare tuna is my favorite -- delicious, perfectly balanced with its sides (mango and a variation of slaw), and topped with crab. Add a side of Circa's tasty steak fries (served in a small tin can!) with aioli dipping sauce, and you have an entree that's both enjoy able every time and easily recommendable. Also recommended: the steak tips, many of the fish dishes, and the fine waitstaff. Combine with prices that won't cause wallet shock, and you have one of the best restaurants in Middle Georgia. Highly recommended.
